Terms and Conditions
By booking travel services with Beyond the Breeze Travel LLC, located in Missouri, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Independent Agency Status
Beyond the Breeze Travel LLC acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent. We arrange services provided by independent third-party supiers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and tour operators (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control these services and are not liable for their acts, errors, or omissions.
2. Booking & Payments
- All reservations are subject to availability and Supplier confirmation.
- Pricing is not guaranteed until deposits or full payments are made.
- Payment schedules and deadlines are determined by Suppliers. Missed payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
- Agency service fees, if charged, are non-refundable.
- By submitting payment information, you authorize Beyond the Breeze Travel LLC to use those funds for travel services on your behalf.
3. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation and change policies are set by Suppliers and vary by service.
- Fees may apply for cancellations, rebookings, or itinerary changes.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to each Supplier’s policies.
- Written notice is required for any cancellation or change request.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip delays, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. If you decline insurance, you assume all related risks and may be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging this decision.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other required travel papers.
- Meeting entry/exit and health requirements for all destinations.
- Providing accurate personal information (names, dates of birth, travel details). Errors may result in denied boarding or additional costs.
- Reviewing all confirmations and travel documents for accuracy within 24 hours of receipt.
Passports should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. Entry rules vary by country and are the traveler’s responsibility.
6. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
Beyond the Breeze Travel LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, airline schedule changes, or acts of terrorism/war. In such cases, refunds or remedies are determined by the Supplier.
7. Risks, Safety & Health
Travel may involve risks, including activities in remote areas, varying health standards, and unpredictable conditions. You accept all risks associated with travel and agree to seek medical advice if you have health concerns. Suppliers may require safety equipment or specific health certifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Beyond the Breeze Travel LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party Suppliers.
- We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by Suppliers or unforeseen events.
- Recovery, if any, is limited to commissions or service fees actually received by Beyond the Breeze Travel LLC.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be handled in Missouri through mediation or the appropriate courts.
10. Agreement
By booking with Beyond the Breeze Travel LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as the individual terms of each Supplier providing your travel services.
